The Regional HNA is being conducted by Chafee County, The City of Salida, and the Towns of Buena Vista, and Poncha Springs. In addition to those local government partners, the project advisory committee includes representation from the Chaffee Housing Authority, the Chaffee Housing Trust, Habitat for Humanity, the Chafee County Community Foundation, and the Chaffee County Economic Development Corp.
